Partners

EMCC Switzerland partners with other local associations, training institutes, and organisations to deliver value to the Swiss mentoring, coaching, and supervisor community. Explore and learn about the different partner relationships EMCC Switzerland has established.
  • b-come Sàrl, based in Ecublens (Lausanne), is a provider of training services for both mentors and coaches. b-come was created from the merger of Coaching-Services and Gesformat sàrl.

    This means over 20 years of history and experience in professional development training are at your disposal, enabling you to acquire knowledge, skills, and interpersonal abilities related to mentoring, coaching, and supervision. Our trainers are all certified and qualified professionals with regular coaching experience in the professional world. 

    In 2022, b-come received its EMCC Quality Accreditation (EQA) for its training programs. Students who complete an EQA accredited course are eligible to apply for their own EMCC Individual Accreditation (EIA) with the EMCC Global organisation.

  • The Australian Swiss Chamber of Commerce (AusCham) is a not-for-profit organisation committed to fostering commercial relationships between Australia and Switzerland, playing a vital and active role in creating business opportunities for individuals and companies. AusCham is active across Switzerland with its headquarters in Zurich and a growing community in Geneva.

    EMCC Switzerland joined AusCham in 2025 and its members provide mentoring and coaching support to Australian expatriates moving to Switzerland, as well as the Swiss based teams who are welcoming in these expatriates. With the support of EMCC accredited mentors and coaches, cultural differences and integration challenges can be explored and navigated towards successful outcomes.

  • Thrive with Mentoring is a vibrant global community of successful women who support, encourage, and empower each other to succeed professionally and personally. The community has launched 50+ cohorts in the last 8 years, are currently present in 18+ cities, and have catalysed over 1'700 one-on-one mentoring relationships.

    In 2023, Thrive with Mentoring received EMCC Quality Accreditation (EQA) status for the internally developed course used to train the volunteers who join the community to be mentors.
